About

Best Codex Pets is a curated gallery of desktop companions for the Codex app — featured picks and higher-quality pets first.

How this gallery is different

We prioritize Featured, quality score, and popularity — not an endless flat dump. Seed pets are produced in-house first; community submissions will open later with clear license rules.

Licenses

Each pet page lists author and license when known. Early seed pets may be placeholders; Corgibyte follows its upstream MIT attribution.

Optional sign-in and privacy

You can browse, preview and download every pet without signing in. Optional Google, GitHub and X sign-in stores your provider identifier, display name, profile image URL and verified email when available. We do not keep your provider password or access token. Security cookies protect sign-in, and a session cookie lasts up to 30 days. Sign out to remove your session. Accounts from different providers stay separate.
